Haymarket House

The Brief:

To produce a virtual tour fly-through video of the Haymarket House on the corner of Piccadilly Circus in London. The agents, Savills, were marketing the building for the owners and wanted to show how the building could be adapted through additional massing and use change.

Our plan was to film the building over various stages of the strip out and renovation, then build a 3D world of the property to showcase the potential additional massing and use change.

We spent over a year working on this project due to the long-term nature of construction. We had to apply for special permits to fly drones in central London the EG R157 restriction zone. We used a camera hoist to shoot the stairwell raising shot where we lifted up 6 flights in a few seconds.

The client was very happy with the results and the property was under offer within weeks of the film being released.
